The Central Bank of India to Exit its Housing Finance Venture

The state-owned Central Bank of India is ready to sell the entire stake (over 64 %) of its joint venture of housing finance to Centrum Housing Finance for Rs 160 crore. The 1,61,00,000 shares have a face value of Rs 10 each in Cent  Bank Home Finance Ltd (CBHFL).
