With over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, Rohit is passionate about helping clients reach their goals. He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and has helped market and scale over 100 companies in various industries over the past many years. With his passion for helping others to bring their strategic goals to life, Rohit brings a level of genuine excitement and optimism to each project. He is responsible for policy formulation and attainment of organized goals in Bullbirth Capital.
Rahul Satnaniwala – Partner
Rahul Satnaliwala is a MBA in Finance & CFA with 13+ years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Risk Management, Audit & Compliance and Team Management. He has previously worked with Bajaj Finance Ltd as a Zonal Head and managed East and West Location. He also has working stints with many reputed private banks. He is presently managing debt syndication and has assisted many clients for fundraising in the form of debt and equity. He loves tracking stock markets and is an investor himself.
Ghanshyam Das Khandelwal – Partner
Ghanshyam is an engaging, inspiring and a visionary leader with a high entrepreneurial zeal. He has over two decades of experience and during this time he has done stints as an accountant, auditor, investment banker, transaction banker and most recently focusing on large institutional client on-boarding. He has worked in vintage family offices, and large global organisations like EY, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and has high appreciation for client centricity and execution excellence. He brings immense expertise in M&A advisory, streamlining, automation, risk and governance. He loves to run.
Bhavna Khemka – Partner
Bhavana is very client focused and a leader that drives at pace. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience out of which 10 years were with EY and the rest in the industry. She has developed herself in conducting financial analysis, implementing systems & exercising effective internal controls from her rich experience. She loves adventure sports.

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, Mahendra has pioneered Professional Home Inspection Services Industry in India addressing quality related pain points of all Stakeholders in the Real Estate Value Chain. He single handedly scaled up the digital marketing / lead generation capabilities of his Home Inspection Services business. He is passionate about improving skills in Digital Marketing across all platforms.
